Shipping Policy

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays begin processing the next business day.

Shipping Times

  • United States — 5–12 business days after processing (free shipping).
  • Canada & UK — 7–15 business days after processing.
  • Australia & New Zealand — 10–18 business days after processing.
  • Rest of world — 10–20 business days after processing.

These are estimated delivery windows. Actual times may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or high-volume seasons.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 2–5 business days for tracking to become active in the carrier's system. If you haven't received tracking within 5 business days of ordering, email us at support@everydaycore.shop.

Delays & Exceptions

EverydayCore is not responsible for delays caused by customs or import processing, severe weather or natural disasters, carrier disruptions or high-volume periods, or incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout.

Lost or Missing Orders

If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package, please check with neighbors or building management, allow 2 additional business days, then contact us and we'll file a claim on your behalf. If your package is confirmed lost, we'll reship it or issue a full refund.
