What can I return?
Any item within 30 days of delivery, as long as it's unused and in its original packaging. There are no restocking fees — you get a full refund to your original payment method.
What can't be returned?
For hygiene and safety reasons, final-sale or clearance items and gift cards can't be returned, and items that have been used or damaged through normal use aren't eligible. If you're unsure, just ask us first.
When will I receive my refund?
As soon as we receive your returned item, your refund is processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Your bank may take a few extra days to post it.
My item arrived damaged or incorrect
We'll make it right. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and your order number, and we'll arrange a free replacement or a full refund — whichever you prefer. No need to send the damaged item back unless we ask.
