How do I place an order?

Add the items you want to your cart, head to checkout, enter your shipping and payment details, and confirm. You'll get a confirmation email with your order number right away.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, along with accelerated options like Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay — all through our secure, encrypted checkout.

Is my payment information secure?

Yes. Checkout runs on Shopify's PCI-compliant, 256-bit SSL-encrypted gateway. Your card details are processed securely and are never seen or stored by us.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Reach out as soon as possible. Orders are packed within 1–3 business days, so if yours hasn't shipped yet we can usually update or cancel it. Once it ships, it's covered by our 30-day return policy instead.

Shipping & delivery

How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, and delivery typically takes 5–12 business days within the US. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is free on every US order — no minimums and no surprise fees at checkout.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, we email you a tracking number. You can follow it live anytime on our Order Status page.

Do you ship internationally?

Right now we ship within the United States. We're working on expanding — reach out if you'd like us to notify you when we ship to your country.

Returns & refunds

What is your return policy?

You have 30 days from delivery to return an item for a full refund — no restocking fees. Items should be unused and in their original packaging. Full details are on our Shipping & Returns page.

How do I start a return?

Email support@everydaycore.shop with your order number and the reason for the return, and we'll send you simple step-by-step instructions.

When will I get my refund?

Once we receive your returned item, your refund is issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

My item arrived damaged or wrong — what now?

We're sorry about that! Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a quick photo and your order number, and we'll arrange a free replacement or a full refund — your choice.
