Returns & Refunds

We want you to love everything you order from EverydayCore. If something isn't right, we'll make it right. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or refund. To be eligible, your item should be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging where possible. We never charge restocking fees.

Eligible for a Return or Refund

  • Defective or damaged items — arrived broken, faulty, or damaged in transit.
  • Wrong item received — you were sent the wrong product or variant.
  • Item never arrived — confirmed lost by the carrier after investigation.
  • Significantly not as described — the product differs materially from its listing.

Not Eligible

  • Change of mind — we're unable to accept buyer's-remorse returns.
  • Incorrect size or option ordered — please review the details before ordering.
  • Requests made after 30 days — outside the return window.
  • Items used or damaged after delivery — showing signs of use or mishandling.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at support@everydaycore.shop with your order number and the reason for your return.
  2. Attach a photo or short video if the item arrived damaged or defective.
  3. We'll reply within 24 hours with the next steps.
  4. If approved, we'll send return instructions or process your refund directly — depending on the situation, a physical return may not be required.

Please don't ship anything back before contacting us — unauthorized returns can't be processed.

Refunds

Once your return is approved, we'll issue a full refund to your original payment method within 3–5 business days. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take an additional 3–7 days to appear on your statement. You'll receive a confirmation email as soon as your refund is issued.

Replacements & Exchanges

If you received the wrong item or a defective product, we'll send a free replacement after reviewing your request. We don't offer direct exchanges for a different size or color — please place a new order and contact us, and we'll be glad to help.
