My tracking shows no updates yet — is that normal?
Yes. Tracking can take 2–5 business days to show movement after your order ships, especially for international packages clearing customs. Give it a few days before reaching out.
How long does delivery take?
US orders typically arrive within 5–12 business days after a 1–3 business day processing window. International orders may take 7–20 business days.
It says delivered but I haven’t received it.
Check with neighbors or your building’s front desk first, and allow 1–2 extra days since carriers sometimes scan early. If it still hasn’t arrived, contact us and we’ll investigate immediately.
